Mid-America Horticultural Trade Show (Mid-Am) Privacy Policy
In an effort to maintain efficient service while respecting the privacy of Mid-Am prospective and established exhibitors and attendees, Mid-Am has created the following privacy policy.
Information Collection and Use
We will collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, including your contact and company name, address, telephone
number, industry classification, and e-mail address. Mid-Am may use and store such information in order to notify you of official Mid-Am business; provide a product or service you requested; secure
your exhibitor or attendee status; evaluate exhibitor and attendee needs and interests; and alert you of Mid-Am news, activities, services, and benefits. Personal information may be given to a third
party in order to complete a specific business transaction on behalf of Mid-Am, as well as to Mid-Am exhibitors for their use. Furthermore, contact information specifically obtained by Mid-Am may be
shared with Mid-Am exhibitors or attendees, subject to the restrictions indicated in this policy.
Registration and Order Forms
To attend the Mid-Am Trade Show, you may be required to fill out a registration or order form and provide personally identifiable
information that we will use to process your registration or order. Your name, company affiliation, and information may appear on registration or attendee lists for Mid-Am office use and may be
distributed to Mid-Am exhibitors.
Cookies and Log Files
Cookies are pieces of stored information used to provide smoother navigation throughout the website, such as a saved password; to identify user
trends, such as page views; and for other internal purposes, such as assessing the effectiveness of our website. You have the option of setting your computer to disable cookies or to alert you when

At any time you may contact Mid-Am at mail@midam.org to update your personally identifiable information, opt-in to, or opt-out of any service. We will provide opt-in and opt-out opportunities as applicable to the service or product being offered.

Using the Mid-Am website and conducting business with Mid-Am indicates your acceptance of our privacy policy. Mid-Am reserves the
right to change the privacy policy without prior notification and will publish any change at the time it goes into effect. Your continued business relationship with Mid-Am after changes are posted to
this policy will signify your acceptance of those changes.
